Our goal here is to expose businesses that are established and making money. We are not interested in a business that only has speculation attached to the bottom line. Here again, we are looking to offer businesses that have been successful and would be of interest to that person who has everything. For our Home section, again we are not interested in fixer-uppers or homes with a stagnate appreciation. We are interested in listing homes in good locations and have a track record of continual appreciation such as those located by the ocean, have mountain views, or in an established quiet neighborhood where property values are at their highest and continue to grow. With property prices in California the way they are, a price listed today may not carry over to the next week for the same amount. These are the types of listings we are interested in providing you.
